The Tentsile Tent Is Ready For Air, Land, And Sea

With more than 131,000 followers, it appears there is quite an audience for poking holes in people’s showy attempts at spending the night in the great outdoors. But a new tent from Tentsile is making it possible for people to actually get in some shut-eye in just about any terrain. The Tentsile Universe Family Tent is the world’s first 3-in-1 tent and can be used as a tent on the ground, a treehouse in the air, and a floating base camp in the water.

In its most traditional application, the tent can sleep up to five adults. The Universe Family Tent also comes with ratchet straps that allow it to be suspended from trees in midair, allowing for a unique experience whether you’re camping or just looking for a new place to hangout outside. The floor of the tent is similar to that of an inflatable standup paddleboard, allowing people to chill on a lake or river with shade constantly at hand even in the middle of the water.

The entire thing takes about 30 minutes to setup and it comes with an anchor so that it doesn’t go floating away (and take all your adult beverages with it).
